During the occurrence of public health emergencies,a sound and perfect medical treatment system for public health emergencies is not only related to the quality of emergency management of hospital emergencies,but also directly affects the life and health of the people,and is an important supplement to the disease prevention and control system.Based on the synergy theory,this paper promotes the coordinated development of the medical treatment of infectious diseases in the macro level(strategy,organization,culture,resources),the middle level(management,technology,service)and the micro level(medical,personnel,finance,information,logistics)by constructing the application and implementation of the medical treatment system of public health emergencies in one hospital and multiple districts.From top to bottom,it effectively mobilized the strength of all parties in the hospital,achieved good synergy effect,discussed and thought about the problems in the practice process,summarized the work experience,and provided reference for the subsequent construction of public health emergency management system.
