Detection of High-Risk HPV in Patients With Cervical Lesions and Its Clinical Value
Objective Through the detection of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)in patients with cervical lesions, the characteristics of HPV infection subtypes in patients with different cervical lesions were analyzed and summarized. Methods The research subjects were 1 000 patients with cervical lesions among the two cancer screening patients at Rongcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.HPV testing was performed on all patients, and relevant infection subtypes were analyzed.High pathogenic HPV infection subtypes were summarized, and the age distribution of patients with varying degrees of cervical lesions was analyzed. Results The positive rate of HPV in 1 000 patients was 37.70%,and the positive rate of HPV showed an increasing trend with the increase of age.The cervical lesions of different grades were mainly caused by single infection. The HPV infection subtypes of patients diagnosed with cervical cancer were mainly HPV16,HPV18 and HPV33.With the increase of age,the degree of cervical lesions of patients increased, showing an increasing trend. Conclusion High risk HPV testing has important value for screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer, and can provide reference for early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. The high-risk HPV subtypes in patients with cervical lesions in coastal areas are mainly HPV16,HPV18,HPV33,and HPV51.Patients with this subtype should be tested with other methods to be vigilant against the risk of cervical cancer.
