Objective The study aims to establish the core competitiveness evaluation index system of hospital,from the perspective of state-owned enterprises,and provide a basis for guiding the high-quality development and management of state-owned enterprises hospitals.Methods From April 2022 to February 2023,literature analysis method was used to establish the core competitiveness evaluation index pool of state-owned enterprises hospitals,Delphi method was used to complete the index screening,and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight.Results The core competitiveness evaluation index system of state-owned hospitals was established,which included 6 first-level indexes and 35 second-level indexes.The weights of each level index are as follows:scale factor(0.218 0),service ability factor(0.293 9),management factor(0.188 5),talent factor(0.162 6),academic research factor(0.099 1)and cultural factor(0.038 0).Conclusion The established core competitiveness evaluation index system of hospital from the perspective of state-owned enterprises is scientific,targeted and operable,provided scientific basis for the high-quality development and core competitiveness cultivation of medical institutions of state-owned enterprises.
