Research on the Optimization and Development Strategy of China's Elderly Care Service Market
China is currently in a critical period of accelerated population aging,and there is a huge demand for the elderly care service industry.This article explores optimization strategies for the development of the elderly care service industry,providing a practical basis for government decision-making.Through field research and interviews to investigate the current situation of demand and supply in the domestic elderly care service industry,identify the difficulties in the development process of the elderly care service industry,and combine literature analysis on the elderly care service industry in countries such as the United States,Australia,Japan,and Germany to summarize its successful experience.Based on the above analysis and research,specific measures are proposed to increase institutional supply to guide the orderly development of the industry,encourage fair competition among participating entities,establish multi-channel financing mechanisms,explore long-term nursing insurance systems,improve the talent training system for elderly care services,establish qualification access systems,and build talent development platforms.
