医院管理层在各临床、职能科室和医技科室中都有所分布,各管理者会根据行政职务要求展开管理工作,并在医院职权基础上明确组织地位,从而形成稳固的内部人际关系,使医院各职能科室相互提供信息,制定重要决策,由此可见,科室管理者在医院管理中至关重要。若想实现医院可持续发展,思想革命与观念开发是关键,这就需要不断创新医院科教管理思想,与医院现状相结合,提出前瞻性科教管理创意。为此,文章基于医院科教管理问题,提出科教管理创新发展思路,阐述科教管理系统的实际应用,继而提出创新医院科教管理工作的有效对策,以实现医院的可持续发展。
Research on Effective Countermeasures for Innovation in Hospital Science and Education Management
The hospital management team is distributed among various clinical,functional,and medical technology departments.Each manager will carry out management work according to administrative job requirements and clarify organizational status based on the hospital's authority,thus forming a stable internal interpersonal relationship,enabling each functional department of the hospital to provide information to each other and make important decisions.This shows that department managers are crucial in hospital management.If we want to achieve sustainable development in hospitals,ideological revolution and concept development are the key.This requires continuous innovation in hospital science and education management ideas,combining them with the current situation of the hospital,and proposing forward-looking science and education management ideas.Therefore,based on the issues of hospital science and education management,this article proposes innovative development ideas for science and education management,elaborates on the practical application of science and education management systems,and then proposes effective countermeasures for innovative hospital science and education management work to achieve sustainable development of the hospital.
