Difficulties and Paths in Medical Management Under the New Medical and Health System
Medical management refers to the monitoring,guidance,and coordination of hospital diagnosis and treatment behavior,medical activities,legal issues,medical disputes,and other aspects by specific departments(usually medical departments).It is an important aspect of hospital management,and the quality of medical management largely determines the hospital's ability to provide public health services.Under the new healthcare system,the rapid development of medical technology,the continuous expansion of hospital scale,and the refinement of business classification have made the content of medical management more and more extensive.The standards for balancing the quality of medical management have become increasingly complex,which puts higher requirements on medical management work.In this regard,hospitals must further strengthen standardized management work,improve work processes and management mechanisms,and continuously improve the quality of medical management.Based on this,this article starts from the content of medical management,analyzes the three major difficulties of medical management under the new medical and health system,and then proposes ways to optimize medical management from the aspects of organizational management and institutional management.It is hoped to provide effective guidance for medical management and promote the healthy development of medical and health undertakings.
