Research on the Correlation of Combined Detection of CHI3L1,AFP and GGT in the Patients With Hepatitis B Related Liver Cancer
Objective To explore the clinical application value of serum chitinase-3-like protein 1(CHI3L1),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),and γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)in the diagnosis of liver cancer related to hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods A total of 50 patients with HBV infection-related liver cancer,50 patients with cirrhosis,50 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the First People's Hospital of Yulin from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.The serum levels of CHI3L1,AFP,GGT,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the 4 groups were compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of each index in liver cancer.Results The levels of CHI3L1,AST and ALT in hepatitis group,cirrhosis group and liver cancer group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of AFP and GGT in liver cancer group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with hepatitis group,the levels of CHI3L1,AFP,GGT,AST and ALT in cirrhosis group and liver cancer group were increased,while the levels of GGT in control group were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the liver cirrhosis group,the levels of CHI3L1,AFP,GGT,and AST in the liver cancer group were increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combination of CHI3L1,AFP,and GGT resulted in the highest AUC(AUC=0.936).Spearman correlation analysis showed that CHI3L1 was positively correlated with AST(r=0.414,P=0.003),AFP was positively correlated with GGT(r=0.437,P=0.002),and AFP was positively correlated with AST(r=0.504,P<0.001).GGT was positively correlated with AST(r=0.759,P<0.001),GGT was positively correlated with ALT(r=0.636,P<0.001).Conclusion The combined detection of CHI3L1,AFP,and GGT can improve the diagnostic value of the liver cancer,and that play an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the liver cancer patients.
