Analysis of Related Factors of Vascular Invasion in 65 Cases of Early Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the factors related to vascular invasion in early gastric cancer. Methods This article reviewed the data of 65 patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to June 2023.According to the postoperative pathological results, the patients were divided into vascular invasion group and non-invasion group,31 cases and 34 cases respectively. The clinical features, gastroscopy and pathological features of each group were analyzed, and the independent risk factors for vascular infiltration of gastric cancer were investigated by logistic regression analysis. Results Lesion>2 cm(OR=4.959,95%CI 1.490 to 16.500),ulcer(OR=3.667,95%CI 1.429 to 21.950),Kit-67 index>30%(OR=9.601,95%CI 2.530 to 36.373),poor pathological differentiation(OR=6.440,95%CI 1.822 to 22.760)and tumour infiltration depth 1b(T1b)(OR=6.301,95%CI 1.913 to 20.802)had influence on vascular invasion of early gastric cancer(P<0.05).Kit-67 index>30%was an independent high-risk factor for vascular metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular invasion is associated with multiple factors, and the Kit-67 index has important clinical significance in evaluating whether there is concurrent vascular invasion.
