Effect of Atomization Therapy Combined With Cangerzi Powder and Wenfei Zhiliu Dan in the Treatment of Children With Allergic Rhinitis
Objective To investigate the effect of atomization therapy combined with Cangerzi powder and Wenfei Zhiliu Dan in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with lung Qi deficiency cold syndrome.Methods A total of 80 children with allergic rhinitis in Jian'ou Municipal Hospital,Fujian Province from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional atomization,and the observation group was treated with atomization combined with Cangerzi powder and Wenfei Zhiliu Dan.The improvement of nasal symptoms such as nasal congestion,sneezing,nasal itching and runny nose before and after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of nasal symptoms such as nasal congestion,sneezing,nasal itchiness and runny nose between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal symptoms such as nasal congestion,sneezing,nasal itching and runny nose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups during treatment,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion Nebulizing treatment combined with Cangerzi powder and Wenfei Zhiliu Dan has good effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with lung-qi deficiency cold syndrome,and can effectively promote the improvement of nasal symptoms such as nasal congestion,sneezing,nasal itching and runny nose,and will not cause obvious adverse reactions,with high safety.
