Effects of Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Attention Training on Language Function of Aphasia Patients After Stroke
Objective To analyze the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with attention training on language function of aphasia patients after stroke.Methods A total of 100 post-stroke aphasia patients admitted to Changchun People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=50,scalp acupuncture)and an observation group(n=50,scalp acupuncture combined with attention training)using a random number table method.The symptom scores,language function,and life ability of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the improvement scores of aphasia symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in language function grading between two groups was significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the observation group were(72.46±4.77),(70.46±7.11),(68.77±6.74)and(74.68±4.55)points,respectively.Were higher than the control group(67.35±4.11),(57.46±5.84),(61.45±5.89),(69.74±3.44)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with attention training for patients with aphasia after stroke can effectively improve their language function,play a positive role in alleviating their clinical symptoms,and improve their living ability and satisfaction.
