Risk Assessment of Digestive Endoscopic Nursing and Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Mode
Objective To explore the application effect of digestive endoscopic nursing risk assessment and PDCA cycle management.Methods A total of 126 patients with digestive endoscopy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups received risk assessment for digestive endoscopy nursing,while the control group received routine nursing and the study group received PDCA cycle nursing.Nursing complaints,nursing errors and adverse reactions,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing complaints,total incidence of nursing errors and total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was 96.8%,higher than that in the control group(79.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of digestive endoscopic nursing risk assessment and application of PDCA cycle mode is better,which is helpful to improve the level of nursing quality,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and the patients have higher nursing satisfaction.
