Analysis on the Value of Standardized Emergency Pre-Examination and Triage for Emergency Patients With Non-Traumatic Chest Pain
Objective To explore the application value of standardized emergency pre-examination triage model in the treatment of emergency patients with non-traumatic chest pain.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-traumatic chest pain admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from September 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the control group,and 100 patients with non-traumatic chest pain admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research group.The differences in the implementation time of various emergency strategies,such as pre-examination triage time,first ECG time,open venous access time,oral administration time,point-of-care testing(POCT)+ test report time were compared between the two groups.The patients in the two groups were followed up to compare the rates of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),secondary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and ST segment reduction between the two groups.The accuracy of pre-detection triage and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-test triage time,first ECG time,open venous access time,oral administration time and POCT+ test report time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with significant differences among groups(P<0.05).AMI recurrence rate,PCI rate and ST segment reduction rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of pre-detection triage between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.00%(1/100),lower than 6.00%(6/100)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized emergency pre-examination triage system in emergency department has positive effects,which has positive significance in shortening the rescue time and improving the rescue efficiency of patients.Moreover,standardized emergency pre-examination triage system does not reduce the accuracy of pre-examination triage,but also helps to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with non-traumatic chest pain.
