Progress in the Application of Bone Density Combined With Bone Metabolism Indicators in the Recurrent Fractures After Thoracolumbar Vertebral PVP
Thoracolumbar fracture has a high incidence in China, which can seriously affect the daily life of patients and needs timely treatment.Vertebroplasty(PVP)is a common technique used in clinical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, which has the advantages of high efficacy and quick postoperative rehabilitation. Some patients may be affected by a variety of factors and other fractures, which not only affect the long-term prognosis, but also aggravate the condition in severe cases and increase the difficulty of surgical treatment. Therefore,it is crucial to evaluate the risk of refracture and treatment effect, analyze the main factors affecting the refracture of thoracolumbar PVP,strengthen the management of high-risk groups, and prevent the occurrence of PVP.At present, bone mineral density and bone metabolism are mainly used as the main observation indicators to predict refracture after PVP,which can effectively predict the incidence of refracture, and can also be used in the evaluation of clinical effect after disease treatment, with high application value. This paper mainly summarizes the application of bone mineral density and bone metabolism in refracture after PVP of thoracic and lumbar spine, and analyzes the application of bone metabolism and bone density in refracture after thoraco-lumbar spine PVP.The results of this paper provide reference for the formulation of bone density and bone metabolism index.
