The aim of this study is to explore the strategies and effectiveness of introducing the ISO9001 quality management system into Party building management services in public hospitals.The research methods include outlining the principles of quality management system,analyzing the application of ISO9001 in Party building management services in public hospitals,and proposing management service mechanism strategies at different levels.The research results indicate that the introduction of ISO9001 quality management system can standardize and scientifically standardize the work of grassroots Party organizations,and improve the quality of Party building management services.Finally,the study concludes that through standardized Party building management services,public hospitals can improve work quality and administrative service efficiency,achieve various business standards,strengthen collaborative team building,and promote continuous improvement of Party building work.
