Based on the general background of deepening the reform of professional titles system,this research deeply analyzes the present situation of hospital professional titles evaluation by big data,cloud services and other technical means,continuously optimizing the overall architecture and composition modules of the professional title evaluation information system,and enhancing its informatization construction mechanism.Informatization has been realized in individual application,organizational review and expert review,which has effectively improved the efficiency and quality of professional title review.At this stage,the informatization construction of professional title evaluation has achieved remarkable results,which can help standardize and simplify the evaluation process,optimize the application and review mechanism,and improve the electronic files of employees.This provides a reference and ideas for promoting the informatization construction of professional title evaluation in public hospitals.In the future,we will further strengthen publicity and guidance,improve multi-system docking,improve management mechanisms,which aims to create a three-dimensional and information-based hospital human resource management platform,and comprehensively promote the construction of hospital informatization.
