精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果研究

目的 观察在病案室病案管理中实施精细化管理的应用效果。方法 福建医科大学附属第一医院 2022 年 1-12 月开始实施精细化管理,设为管理后;2021 年 1-12 月为管理前,均实施常规管理。对管理前后医务人员的管理满意度、考核评分、管理相关的相关指标及按时归还率进行对比。结果 管理后医务人员管理满意度、考核评分高于管理前(P<0。05);管理后相关指标高于管理前(P<0。05);管理后按时归还率(97。67%)高于管理前(72。25%)(P<0。05)。结论 在病案室病案管理中实施精细化管理,能够进一步提升病案室的管理质量,提升医务人员的工作满意度以及工作质量,减少投诉率。
Study on the Application Effect of Fine Management in Medical Record Management
Objective To observe the application effect of the implementation of refined management in case management in the case room.Methods The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University began to implement refined management in January-December 2022 will be set as after management,from January to December 2021 for the management of the before management.The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University began implementing refined management from January to December 2022,with routine management implemented from January to December 2021.The management satisfaction,assessment scores,management related indicators,and on-time return rate of medical personnel before and after management were compared.Results After management,medical staff's management satisfaction and appraisal scores were higher than those before management(P<0.05).After management,the relevant indicators were higher than those before management(P<0.05).The rate of on-time return was 97.67%higher than that before management,which was 72.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management in case management in the case room can further improve the management quality of the case room,enhance the work satisfaction and work quality of the medical staff,and reduce the complaint rate.
