Objective To explore the effects of cervical circular resection and colposcopy on the quality of life in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 102 patients with cervical precancerous lesions who visited People's Hospital of Shaodong from January 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group,using a dice rolling method.Control group was used Loop electrochemical procedure(LEEP),observation group was used LEEP under colposcopy.The surgical and postoperative recovery,quality of life(WHO quality of life brief scale-10,WHO QOL-10),complications,and recurrence rates between two groups were compare.Results The comparison of surgical/postoperative recovery between the two groups showed that the observation group was better(P＜0.05).Comparison of WHOQOL-10 scores in various dimensions between two groups of patients before surgery(P＞0.05).Six months after surgery,the scores of all dimensions in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the observation group was better than before(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(15.69％,19.61％),the observation group had lower incidence of complications(1.96％)and postoperative recurrence rate at 6 months(3.92％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion LEEP and colposcopy are used to treat cervical precancerous lesions.Patients recover quickly after surgery,with fewer relapses and fewer complications,improving their quality of life.
