Investigation on the Awareness Rate of Children's Parents About Vaccination and Analysis of Influencing Factors
Objective To explore and analyze the awareness rate of children's parents about vaccination and the influencing factors,so as to promote the smooth implementation of children's vaccination.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2000 parents of children vaccinated in Rizhao city from January 2020 to December 2022.All the subjects were voluntary participants.The survey results were analyzed and statistically analyzed.Factors influencing vaccination awareness rate by logistic regression model.Results The correct rate of children's parents with college degree or above was the highest,accounting for 87.61%.The results showed that the correct rate of"Which diseases can be prevented by hepatitis B vaccine"was the highest,accounting for 97.4%,while the correct rate of"which diseases can be prevented by DTP vaccine"was the lowest,accounting for 33.00%.According to the main channels through which parents of children in this group obtained vaccination knowledge,95.60%were informed by doctors in the vaccination clinic.37.80%were informed by medical staff in the community clinic;5.00%were informed by other doctors,and 0.40%.logistic multivariate analysis showed that different guardian identities,ways of knowing knowledge and whether or not the guardian participated in the mother's class could be considered as high risk factors affecting the vaccination awareness rate of children's parents.Conclusion The relevant departments should improve the awareness rate of children's parents on the relevant knowledge of vaccination through various means,so as to popularize the relevant knowledge to the grassroots and promote the smooth development of vaccination work.
