Nowadays,with the continuous development of the country,the growing medical needs of the people have formed a huge gap between the medical services provided by hospitals,which has led to the continuous stimulation of doctor-patient relationships and brought great challenges to the daily management of hospitals.Therefore,in order to minimize medical disputes and maintain the existing medical order,hospitals need to continuously summarize,reflect on,and solve related problems in the management of medical disputes.Therefore,this article analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of medical disputes at the current stage,and based on this,proposes several feasible strategies for implementing a"three sides in one"three-dimensional medical dispute management system,aiming to minimize the probability of medical complaints in hospital management work and reduce the amount of medical compensation.
