The construction of a compact county-level medical community,as an important lever for graded diagnosis and treatment and the construction of a healthy China,is an important support for rural revitalization.Actively promoting the integrated reform of tight county-level medical services is a key measure to address the current unreasonable allocation,low quality,and fragmented service system of grassroots medical and health resources.The quality of primary healthcare is an important guarantee for people's health and the cornerstone of the development of healthcare.Continuous improvement of medical quality is the fundamental and core work for implementing the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and promoting the construction of a healthy China.This article attempts to construct a game model from the perspective of medical quality homogenization,with government departments and grassroots medical service institutions as the relevant stakeholders.It explores the selection motivation and influencing factors of grassroots medical service institutions to carry out medical quality homogenization management in the context of the construction of a close county medical community,and based on this,improves the strategic suggestions for promoting medical quality homogenization management in the close county medical community.
