Discussion on the Diagnostic Value of Multimodal Cardiac Magnetic Resonance in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy
Objective To discussion on the diagnostic value of multimodal cardiac magnetic resonance in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods Fifty patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into study group 1(with obstruction,n=21)and study group 2(without obstruction,n=29)according to whether there was left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.Twenty one healthy people who received physical examination in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College in the same period were selected as the control group. All participants underwent multimodal cardiac magnetic resonance examination. The differences of fractal dimension of left ventricular myocardial over trabeculation, left ventricular blood flow pattern in each cardiac cycle, and related indicators of left ventricular function between different groups were compared. Results After scanning, the relevant statistical results of the control group were better than those of the study group 1 and the study group 2.The mean value of left ventricular FD(1.32±0.05)and(1.30±0.04),the maximum value of apical FD(1.41±0.08)and(1.39±0.07),and the maximum value of distal FD(1.41±0.06)and(1.31±0.05)of the study group 1 and study group 2 were higher than those of the control group(1.22±0.02),(1.31±0.03),(1.27±0.02)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multimodal cardiac magnetic resonance scanning in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is better, which can understand the left ventricular blood flow, judge whether there is excessive trabeculation of myocardium, and provide reference for later treatment.
