Effect of Fluoxetine Combined With Health Education for Affective Disorders After Alcohol Dependence Withdrawal
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluoxetine combined with health education in the treatment of emotional disorders after alcohol dependence withdrawal.Methods From May 2020 to May 2023,a total of 80 patients at Yueyang Rehabilitation Hospital with alcohol dependence post-withdrawal affective disorder were selected as the study objects,and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group received fluoxetine treatment,the study group was given fluoxetine combined with health education therapy.The clinical effect was compared.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score was compared with the changes of anxiety and depression.Results The total effective rate of the research group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both SAS and SDS scales in the two groups showed a decrease in scores compared to before treatment,and the reduction in scores in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with health education has significant clinical effect in the treatment of emotional disorders after alcohol dependence withdrawal,which can reduce negative emotions of patients,and can have high therapeutic value.
