Effect of Xiaoshi Liquid on Anorexia in Children With Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency and Its Influence on Recurrence
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoshi liquid on anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency and its influence on recurrence. Methods A total of 120 pediatric anorexia patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency treated in Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to July 2022 were included in the study. The children were random Ly divided into control group(lysinositol B12 oral solution)and observation group(digestion solution),with 60 children in each group. The scores, efficacy and recurrence rate of TCM syndrome among different treatment modes were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.67%vs.8.000%)(P<0.05).Follow up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency type in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshi liquid has better efficacy in the administration of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency, significantly improving symptoms such as loss of appetite and reducing the recurrence rate of the disease after treatment, and has high clinical application value.
