公共卫生领域卫生健康标准化人才培训指标体系研究

目的 应用德尔菲专家咨询法建立卫生健康标准化人才核心能力培养指标体系,以满足卫生健康标准化人才培养需求,为进一步提高我国卫生健康标准化工作质量提供新的工具和理论支持。方法 通过文献分析,拟定初始指标池,通过 2 轮德尔菲专家咨询法对 16 名专家进行问卷咨询,以修改完善指标,确定指标体系。结果 2 轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为 94。12%、100%,专家权威系数(Cr)为 0。80;第 1 轮、第 2 轮专家咨询所有指标综合评分的协调系数(W)分别为 0。184~0。214(P<0。05)、0。199~0。237(P<0。05);最终形成的指标体系由12 个一级指标和 14 个二级指标形成。结论 参与本研究的专家代表性强、权威程度高、专家意见较集中、协调性较好,本研究构建的培训指标体系可为提升卫生健康标准化人才培养质量提供依据。
Research on the Training Index System for Health Standardization Talents of the Public Health Field
Objective To establish a core competence training index system for health standardization talents by Delphi method.To meet the needs of health standardization talents training and provide new tools and theoretical support for improving the quality of health standardization work in China.Methods A preliminary evaluation framework was setted up by literature studies.Two rounds of 16 experts were consulted by Delphi method for modifying indicators and determining the indicator system the framework.Results The positive coefficients for two rounds of experts consultation were respectively 94.12%and 100%,and the experts authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.80.The coordination coefficients(W)of the comprehensive scores for all indicators in the first and second rounds of experts consultation were 0.184 to 0.214(P<0.05)and 0.199 to 0.237(P<0.05),respectively.An indicator system was established by 12 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators.Conclusion The experts participating in this study had strong representativeness,high authority,concentrated opinions,and good coordination.The training index system constructed in this study can provide a basis for improving the quality of standardized talents cultivation in healthcare.
