The Application of Efficient Milk Removal Management in Maternal Breast Swelling After Separation of Mother and Child
Objective To analyze the application of efficient milk removal management in maternal breast swelling after separation of mother and child.Methods A total of 91 pregnant women who gave birth and separated their mothers from their mothers were selected from the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2021 to May 2023 as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 and 46 cases respectively.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was combined with efficient milk removal management on this basis.The two groups of relevant indicators were compared.Results The incidence of breast swelling and skin injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the time for the swelling to disappear was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Lactation volume 1,2 and 3 days postpartum in observation group was higher than that in control group,pain score and serum prolactin(PRL)level in observation group 1,2 and 3 days postpartum were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The milking frequency in the observation group was(8.51±0.66)times,which was higher than that in the control group(7.33±0.51)times,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),higher than that in the control group 80.00%(36/45),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Efficient milk removal management can reduce breast swelling and pain,shorten the time for the removal of swelling,adjust PRL level,improve milking frequency and nursing satisfaction,and contribute to the recovery of postpartum functions.
