Investigation on the Psychological Status of Nurses in the Medical Community Under the Background of the New Medical Reform
Objective To study the psychological status of nurses in the medical community under the background of the new medical reform.Methods A total of 295 nurses in Hangzhou Xiaoshan district medical community unit from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the survey subjects.Their general information and work situation were surveyed and statistically analyzed.Self-reporting inventory-90(SCL-90)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were used to evaluate their mental health and self-efficacy.Results The SCL-90 score of nurses with average working hours>10 h was(164.50±67.35)points,which was higher than that of nurses with average working hours>8-10 h and≤8 h(147.61±53.70)points and(134.45±40.19)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GESE score of nurses aged>40 was higher than that of nurses aged>30-40 and 21-30,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GESE scores of nurses in tertiary hospitals were higher than those in secondary and primary hospitals,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GESE scores of nurses with working time>30 years,>20-30 years and>10-20 years were higher than those of nurses with working time>5-10 years and≤5 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GESE scores of nurses with average working hours≤8 h were higher than those of nurses with average working hours>8-10 h and nurses with average working hours>10 h,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Some nurses in the medical community have serious mental health problems,and their self-efficacy is at a moderate level.It is necessary to adjust the average working hours of nurses reasonably to improve their self-efficacy and mental health.
