Promoting the organic integration and mutual promotion of Party building and cultural construction has important practical significance for strengthening Party building and promoting cultural construction,thus promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.Leading by Party building and guiding by the cultural concept of"let love blossom",Huadu District People's Hospital of Guangzhou creates a four-body cultural construction system of spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture,so as to achieve good results.Using the method of studying practical example,the article analyzes the practical experiences and achievements of the hospital in promoting the integration of Party building with spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture construction.To sum up,the article provides practical experiences and useful references for public hospitals to promote the mutual integration of Party building and cultural construction,thus promoting the high-quality development of hospital.
