Investigation and Analysis of Post Competence of Resident Doctors After Standardized Training in Grade A Tertiary Hospital
Objective To analyze the resident's post competency after standardized training in grade A tertiary hospital,and the standardized training situation of residents who completed standardized training,as well as their satisfaction,work situation,intention and attitude towards standardized training,so as to lay a foundation for formulating targeted work ability training programs.Methods From January 2013 to January 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 486 residents who had participated in standardized training in grade A tertiary hospital,and 472 residents who met the requirements were selected.Results 91.67%of the residents obtained the standardized training certificate for residents,and only 39.96%of the residents were satisfied with their monthly income during the training period.After the training,the income of those who return to work or join the company was higher than that during the training period.Gender was the influencing factor of post competency,clinical basic ability,doctor's professional spirit and quality and information management ability(P<0.05).Education at the time of completion of residency was the influencing factor of post competency,clinical basic ability and mastering and applying medical knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training of residents in China is gradually improving.In order to train more clinicians and improve their willingness to work,it is necessary to formulate and implement better policies for the training of residents and improve the training quality.At the same time,communication and cooperation between regions should be strengthened to promote the balanced development of medical education.
