Research on the Synergistic Effect of Personnel System and Contract System in Public Hospital Performance Management
Public hospitals at the county and city levels at the grassroots level are facing updates and changes in personnel systems.It is urgent to break the traditional personnel management model.For hospitals,it is necessary to accelerate the pace of legalization of personnel management,attach importance to the effective construction of personnel management systems and supporting contract systems,scientifically allocate the relationship between hospitals and employees,and effectively allocate personnel in various positions of the hospital.Only in this way can we accelerate the process of reform and development,realize the long-term operation of county-level public hospitals and play a leading role in the performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals.This article aims to explore the strategies for the synergistic effect of personnel system and contract system in performance management of public hospitals.Through the explanation of personnel system,contract system,and basic concepts of performance evaluation,it analyzes the problems in current performance evaluation of public hospitals and proposes performance evaluation strategies under the synergy of personnel system and contract system for reference.
