Analysis of Health Care Supervisors and Equipment Configuration in Yunnan Province From 2019 to 2022
Objective To understand the situation of health care supervisors and the equipment configuration of health care supervisory institutions in Yunnan Province,provide data support for the construction of health care supervisory institutions in Yunnan Province.Methods Data on the basic situation,human resources,equipment and information technology construction of health and health supervision institutions in Yunnan Province from 2019 to 2022 were collected through the National Health Supervision Information Reporting System,and data on the population in Yunnan Province were obtained through the Yunnan statistical yearbook,and then carried out statistics and analysis.Results From 2019 to 2022,the number of health supervisors in Yunnan Province were 1 795,1 762,1 824 and 1 796 respectively,the number of health supervisors per 10 000 population in Yunnan Province were 0.37,0.36,0.39 and 0.38 respectively,which was lower than the 2020 national average(0.43 per 10 000 population),and the relative number of administrators per health supervisor has been increasing annually,from 175.05 in 2019 to 208.83 in 2022,which was higher than the national average in 2020(117.75).The number of health supervision equipment configurations in Yunnan Province from 2019 to 2022 have all increased year by year,with the number of law enforcement vehicles increasing from 0.48 vehicles/8 people to 0.57 vehicles/8 people,rapid testing equipment increasing from 11.41 units/institution to 15.27 units/institution,and handheld law enforcement terminals increasing from 1.89 sets/2 people to 2.46 sets/2 people,but law enforcement vehicle and rapid testing equipment configurations are still lower than the national average in 2020(0.89 vehicles/8 people and 24.02 units/institution),and only the handheld law enforcement terminal configuration is slightly better than the national average in 2020(1.12 sets/2 people).Conclusion Yunnan Province has a low level of health supervisors and a heavy supervisory workload,so the construction of health supervision teams should be further strengthened to ensure the smooth implementation of health supervision work,the configuration of health supervision equipment in Yunnan Province has improved,and the configuration of hand-held law enforcement terminals has already reached the national standard,but the configuration of law enforcement vehicles and rapid testing equipment still needs to be improved.
