Optimization of Public Health Talent Training in Disease Prevention and Control Institutions
This article comprehensively analyzes the current situation and challenges,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions,providing guidance for the cultivation and development of public health talents in disease prevention and control institutions,which helps to improve the efficiency of disease prevention and control and the level of public health.Firstly,a comparison was made between domestic and international public health talent training models,and effective training methods were explored.Then,the focus was on optimizing strategies for cultivating public health talents,proposing specific measures for targeted training and improving the training system,including implementing targeted talent training according to industry development needs,improving the training system,enhancing the quality of public health talents,adjusting educational strategies,and strengthening practical teaching.Through the analysis of this article,it is hoped that effective models and methods for cultivating public health talents can be proposed,providing high-quality public health talent support for disease prevention and control institutions,and thereby improving the level of public health.
