Study on the Correlation Between Hyperuricemia and Stent Restenosis and Reinterventional Therapy
Objective To investigate the correlation of hyperuricemia with(in-stent restenosis,ISR)and stent stenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 480 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)who underwent secondary PCI in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January to December 2021 and underwent coronary angiography review one year after surgery were selected. They were divided into two groups according to uric acid level:hyperuricemia group(n=91)and non-hyperuricemia group(n=389).Baseline data and first angiography results were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of ISR and the revascularization rate of ISR were compared at 1 year follow-up.The influencing factors of ISR and ISR revascularization were analyzed by multiple factors. Results The proportion of males in hyperuricemia group was lower than that in non-hyperuricemia group, the age was longer than that in non-hyperuricemia group, and the serum creatinine level was higher than that in non-hyperuricemia group(P<0.05).In hyperuricemia group, coronary lesions were mostly three-vessel lesions, and the incidence of ISR was 21.98%and the incidence of ISR requiring PCI again was 17.58%at 1 year follow-up,both higher than 10.28%and 7.45%in non-hyperuricemia group(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that hyperuricemia could not independently predict ISR occurrence. Conclusion ACS patients with hyperuricemia have more severe coronary artery lesions.Hyperuricemia can increase the incidence of ISR and revascularization rate, but it cannot independently predict the occurrence of ISR.
