Application Value of Early Resistance Training in Patients With Hip Replacement Surgery
Objective To investigate the application value of early resistance training in patients with hip replacement surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with hip replacement surgery in Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center of Tianjin City of Joint Logistic Support Force of People's Liberation Army of China from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.A total of 40 cases of control group were treated with routine training,40 cases of observation group were treated with early resistance training. Then the total excellent and good rates of joint function,Charnley hip joint function score and periprosthetic bone mineral density before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The overall excellent and good rates of joint function in the observation group were 95.00%and 100%after 6 and 12 months, respectively, which were higher than 77.50%and 87.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The differences of Charnley hip joint function score and periprosthetic bone mineral density of two groups before surgery were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Charnley hip joint function score and periprosthetic bone mineral density of observation group at sixth and twelfth month after the intervention were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of early resistance training in patients with hip replacement surgery is better, and it can more effectively improve the joint function and periprosthetic bone mineral density of patients,so its application in patients with hip replacement surgery is higher.
