Study on the Special Prescription Evaluation of Clindamycin Use in Outpatients of Comprehensive Hospitals
Clindamycin is a derivative of lincomycin and a commonly used type of antibiotic in clinical practice. It can exert anti infective effects by inhibiting protein synthesis in sensitive strains.Clindamycin has strong antibacterial activity, but there are many adverse reactions. It is necessary to further improve its clinical medication rationality to ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment for patients. At present, the prescription review management standards for the clinical application of clindamycin are gradually improving, and the prescription review work is being carried out in an orderly manner. However,it is still necessary to further clarify the problems in the use of this type of antibiotic, and develop corresponding intervention strategies to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clindamycin clinical application. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation of special prescription reviews on the use of clindamycin in outpatient clinics of comprehensive hospitals, summarizes the problems found in the review of clindamycin prescriptions, and summarizes relevant suggestions for improving the rationality of clindamycin medication.
