质量管理在血站采供血工作中的应用

目的 分析在血站采供血工作中质量管理的应用价值。方法 选取 2021 年 7 月—2022 年 7 月在济宁市中心血站献血的70 名献血者和 11 名护理工作人员,均实施质量管理,纳入研究组;另选择 2020 年 5 月—2021 年 5 月在血站献血的 70 名献血者和 11 名护理工作人员,实施常规管理,纳入对照组。对比和分析工作管理效果。结果 研究组工作管理质量(设备维修保养、责任心、消毒工作质量、环境质量)各项评分高于对照组(P<0。05);研究组献血者总满意度为 97。14%,高于对照组的 81。43%(P<0。05);研究组一次穿刺成功率、采血质量达标率、健康教育覆盖率分别为 92。86%、98。57%、100%,高于对照组的 72。86%、85。71%、90。00%,研究组工作差错率为2。86%,低于对照组的 17。14%(P<0。05)。结论 在血站采供血工作中质量管理应用价值较高,在工作管理质量、献血者满意度、一次穿刺成功率、采血质量达标率、工作差错率、健康教育覆盖率方面优势明显。
Application of Quality Management in Blood Collection and Supply Work of Blood Stations
Objective To analyze the application value of quality management in blood collection and supply work of blood stations.Methods A total of 70 blood donors and 11 nursing staff who donated blood in Jining Central Blood Station from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected for quality control and included in the study group.In addition,70 blood donors and 11 nursing staff who donated blood in blood stations from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for routine management and included in the control group.The effect of work management was compared and analyzed.Results The scores of work management quality(equipment maintenance,responsibility,disinfection work quality,environmental quality)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of blood donors in the study group was 97.14%,higher than that in the control group(81.43%)(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture,the rate of blood collection quality up to standard and the coverage rate of health education in the study group were 92.86%,98.57%and 100%,respectively,which were higher than 72.86%,85.71%and 90.00%in the control group,the error rate of work in the study group was 2.86%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of quality management in blood collection and supply work in blood stations is high,and it has obvious advantages in the quality of work management,blood donor satisfaction,success rate of one puncture,blood quality standard rate,work error rate,and health education coverage rate.
