Value of Optimizing Hospital Infection Control Management in the Application of Intravenous Infusion Center to Improve Infusion Quality
Objective To explore the value of optimizing hospital infection control management in improving infusion quality through the application of intravenous infusion center.Methods The intravenous infusion center,Chifeng Municipal Hospital did not apply optimized hospital sense control from January to December 2021 as the control group,and implemented optimized hospital sense control from January to December 2022 as the study group.The differences before and after the optimization of hospital infection control management in the intravenous infusion center were compared and observed,and the impact on infusion quality was analyzed based on the qualified environmental product testing and drug configuration.Results The qualified rates of biosafety cabinet,ultraviolet lamp,horizontal laminar flow table,sterile drugs and clean room air in the study group were 100%,higher than 73.3%,66.7%,66.7%,70.0%and 73.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The infusion quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By adopting optimized hospital infection control in the intravenous infusion center,the qualified rate of environmental item detection can be further improved,the occurrence of dispensing errors can be effectively reduced,and the quality of infusion can be improved.The effect is good.
