Exploration and Thinking on the Path of Construction of Public Hospital Culture
With the rapid development of the medical industry and new media,the cultural publicity of public hospitals in China has become more and more important.However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in cultural construction,cultural publicity and serving people for medical treatment.Integrating the resource advantages of traditional media and new media of public hospitals can not only optimize people's medical experience,but also make public hospitals' internal strength and external image.Through extensive research on the cultural publicity paths of public hospitals,this paper sorts out the basic characteristics of the cultural construction of hospitals,analyzes the status quo of the three major cultural communication paths of the official website,WeChat public platform and hospital newspaper and the difficulties existing in the operation process,and proposes solutions.The new media platform represented by the official website and WeChat public platform and the traditional cultural carrier represented by the hospital newspaper have their own advantages and disadvantages,which should complement each other and keep pace with the times.Public hospitals should improve the path of cultural transmission,pay more attention to it,participate in it,inherit the tradition,innovate and better serve the people.
