摘要
当前阶段,党组织建设与党的执政基础有着密切的联系,本身产生的作用特别高.在新时代下,建立公立医院治理体系,提升治理能力现代化,建立权责清晰、管理科学、治理完善、运行高效、监督有力的内部管理和外部治理机制,已经成为一项重要的课题.在实际工作中,要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻落实党的十九大和全国卫生与健康大会精神,坚持党的领导,坚持以人民健康为中心,坚持公立医院的公益性,实现医院治理体系和管理能力现代化.在医院运行过程中,主要是以一院多区方式为主,该种方式表现为医院各项科室的人员从多区进行上班,但是人员流动性特别高,部分党支部中的党员过于分散.对此,就需要加大一院多区格局的探究力度,采取合理的党建工作管理方式提升管理水平,构建完善的科室党组织,加大建设力度,从而为人民群众提供良好的服务.
Abstract
The power of the Party comes from the grassroots level,and the construction of Party organizations is related to the Party's governing foundation,which has extremely high significance.Since the hospital adopted a one hospital multi district approach,branch personnel in various departments of the hospital have worked from multiple districts,resulting in significant changes in personnel mobility.Some Party branches have been weakened and marginalized due to the dispersion of branch Party members.Based on this,it is even more necessary to focus on exploring how to build the management level and work mode of departmental Party building work under the multi district pattern of hospitals,and build departmental Party organizations into strong battle fortresses,in order to provide high-quality services for the people.In this article,starting from the investigation of the hospital's one hospital multi district model,the inevitability of strengthening hospital party building work is proposed,and various problems in the Party affairs management of public hospitals;one hospital multi district are comprehensively explored.Based on specific problems,basic strategies are implemented to further promote the Party affairs management of public hospitals;one hospital multi district.
