The"Internet+"Nursing Service Core Ability Evaluation Index of Nurses is Preliminarily Constructed
Objective To initially form the evaluation index of the core competence of"Internet+"nursing service nurses.Methods From January to June 2023,Delphi(Delphi)method was adopted to establish the core competence evaluation index of"Internet+"nursing service through two rounds of consultation with 14 experts.Results Combined with the expert opinion,the final evaluation index of"Internet+"nursing service capability consists of 9 first-level indicators,including access conditions,direct clinical nursing practice ability,ability to provide consultation and guidance training,team cooperation and coordination ability,language communication and expression ability,leadership and management ability,scientific research ability,ethical decision-making ability and regular follow-up ability.In terms of the core competence,direct clinical nursing practice ability,consultation and guidance training ability,language communication and expression ability,ethical decision-making ability as the aspects of primary concern.At the same time,it also serves as an important module in the training content theme.Conclusion Through the Delphi letter inquiry,experts' opinions on the core competence evaluation index of"Internet+"nursing service are concentrated,and the research results are true and reliable,which can be used as the reference basis for the ability training of"Internet+"nursing service nursing ability.
