膝骨关节炎治疗中应用膝痹汤内服外洗治疗的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中应用膝痹汤内服外洗治疗的临床疗效.方法 选取聊城市中医医院 2021 年 6月—2023 年 6 月收治的 90 例膝骨关节炎患者,采取随机数字表法分为 2 组,各 45 例.对照组采取洛索洛芬钠片治疗,观察组实施膝痹汤内服外洗治疗.对比 2 组的临床总有效率、治疗前后关节功能、疼痛程度以及生活质量.结果 对照组的临床总有效率为 86.67%,观察组为 100%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组Lequesne积分及视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)均低于对照组,生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 膝痹汤内服外洗治疗膝骨关节炎患者可获得突出的临床疗效,能够有效促进患者的膝关节功能改善,降低疼痛程度,促进提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of internal administration and external washing of Knee Bi Tang in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023,and were divided into groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with losoprofen sodium tablets,while the observation group received treatment with internal and external administration of knee bi decoction.The total clinical effective rate,joint function,pain level and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,while that of the observation group was 100%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Lequesne score and visual analogue scale/score(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with internal administration and external washing of Knee Bi Tang can achieve outstanding clinical efficacy.It can effectively promote the improvement of knee joint function in patients,reduce pain levels,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
