Pharmacological Analysis and Clinical Application Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Huangqi
Objective To analyze the pharmacological effects and clinical application effects of important Astragalus membranaceus. Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,a total of 88 patients who received treatment with Astragalus membranaceus from Tai'an Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University were selected as observation group. 88 cases treated with Western medicine in the same period were selected as control group. The clinical efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus were observed. Results The total effective rate of acute myocardial infarction combined with heart failure in the observation group (95.45％) was higher than that in the control group (72.73％) (P<0.05). The total effective rate of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure in the observation group (90.91％) was higher than that in the control group (68.18％) (P<0.05). The total effective rate of diabetes peripheral neuropathy in the observation group (100％) was higher than that in the control group (77.27％) (P<0.05). The total effective rate of cerebral thrombosis in the observation group (95.45％) was higher than that in the control group (68.18％) (P<0.05). Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus,a traditional Chinese medicine,has an ideal effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,acute myocardial infarction with heart failure,sequelae of cerebral thrombosis and Dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure,it is applicable in various clinical diseases and has good drug value,providing strong basis for clinical treatment. At the same time,it also provides new ideas for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular and neurological diseases,however,further research is needed to verify its mechanism and security.
