Effect Evaluation of Fumigation With Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture
Objective To explore and analyze the effect evaluation of mild Chinese medicine fumigation represented by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 120 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Longyan People Hospital of Fujian from April 2020 to April 2023 were collected,and divided into control group and observation group according to different rehabilitation intervention methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was also given mild Chinese medicine fumigation represented by Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,clinical related index,wrist function score and daily living ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores for limb difficulties,facial expression,swelling,pain,and irritability in the observation group after rehabilitation treatment were(1.08±0.33)points,(0.98±0.33)points,(1.03±0.30)points,(0.91±0.22)points,and(1.12±0.33)points.The time for pain relief,swelling disappearance,hospital stay,and fracture healing in the observation group were(2.11±0.64)days,(1.87±0.41)days,(5.80±1.21)days,and(2.75±0.90)months,respectively.The wrist joint function score and daily life ability score in the observation group after rehabilitation treatment were(85.85±5.30)points and(86.45±6.31)points,respectively.Comparing the observation group with the control group after rehabilitation treatment,the scores for various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were lower,the disappearance time of various clinical symptoms was shorter,and the wrist joint function score and daily life ability score were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and rehabilitation intervention,Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of distal radius fracture,promote the improvement of patients' wrist function and daily living ability,and the prognosis is better.
