Analysis of Unqualified Screening Conditions and Influencing Factors for Glutamic Acid Transaminase
Objective To explore the unqualified screening of alanine aminotransferase and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 26 355 blood donors who participated in voluntary blood donation at the Qingdao Blood Center from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the survey subjects for alanine aminotransferase screening, and their influencing factors were analyzed. Results Among the 26 355 respondents,2 651 cases(10.06%)failed the screening for alanine aminotransferase and 23 704 cases(89.94%)passed the screening.Single factor analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in gender, education level, occupation, knowledge of voluntary blood donation, number of blood donations, and marital status(P<0.05).Through logistic regression equation analysis, the results showed that gender, education level, occupation, knowledge of voluntary blood donation, and marital status were independent risk factors for failing the alanine aminotransferase screening(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors that affect the unqualified screening of alanine aminotransferase. It is necessary to increase the promotion and education of unpaid blood donation, improve the health literacy of blood donors, and regulate their daily routines to improve the qualified screening rate of alanine aminotransferase.
