目的 调查脑卒中患者心理弹性现状，分析影响心理弹性的主要因素。方法 选取2023年5-10月漳州市二甲及以上医院符合纳排标准的住院脑卒中患者作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查、中文版心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale，CD-RISC)和中文版家庭韧性量表(shortened Chinese version of the family resilience assessment scale，FRAS-C)收集患者相关资料、评估患者的心理弹性和家庭韧性现状，分析心理弹性的影响因素分析。结果 脑卒中患者心理弹性水平处于中等水平，是否吸烟、不同职业、不同身高体质量及不同疾病诊断的患者分组其心理弹性得分比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。脑卒中患者心理弹性总分及其各维度得分与脑卒中患者家庭韧性量表总分及其各维度得分均呈正相关关系(P＜0。001)。结论 住院脑卒中患者心理弹性水平处于中等水平，受是否吸烟、不同职业、不同身高体质量及不同疾病诊断等因素影响，且与家庭韧性呈正相关。
Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Psychological Resilience of Hospitalized Stroke Patients
Objective To investigate the mental resilience of stroke patients and analyze the main factors affecting mental resilience.Methods Stroke patients who met the admission criteria for second level or above hospitals in Zhangzhou from May to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.General information survey,Chinese psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)and Chinese family resilience scale(FRAS-C)were used to collect patient related data,evaluate the current status of psychological resilience and family resilience and analyze the factors affecting psychological resilience.Results The psychological resilience level of stroke patients was at a moderate level.There were statistically significant differencesin the comparison of psychological resilience scores among patients grouped by smoking status,different occupations,different heights and weights,and different disease diagnoses(P<0.05).The total score of psychological resilience and its various dimensions in stroke patients were positively correlated with the total score and its various dimensions of the family resilience scale for stroke patients(P<0.001).Conclusion The psychological resilience of hospitalized stroke patients is at a moderate level,and is positively correlated with family psychological resilience,influenced by smoking,different professions,different heights,weights,and different disease diagnosis methods.
