The Application Effect of Continuous Nursing Model Based on Emotional Management Training in Anxiety Patients
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a continuous nursing model mainly focused on emotional management training in patients with anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 68 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected.The patiente using the envelope method were divided into a study group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received basic care,while the study group received continuing care primarily focused on emotional management training.The changes in negative emotions,readmission and treatment status,quality of life,and overall satisfaction rate of patients before and after nursing care were evaluated.Results After nursing,the anxiety score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The readmission>3 occurrences rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the outpatient visit>3 occurrences rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the emergency visit rates between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The quality of life(physiological,psychological,social,and mental)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the research group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing with emotional management training as the main focus can improve patient anxiety symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce readmission rates.At the same time,a high patient satisfaction rate is conducive to creating a harmonious nurse patient relationship.
