The Implementation Effect of PDCA Circulation Method in Nursing Safety Management of Interventional Operating Rooms
Objective To study and analyze the implementation effect and clinical application value of using PDCA circulation method for safety management in interventional operating room nursing. Methods From January to December,a total of 80 patients from January to December 2022 in Liaocheng People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups in the form of even numbers, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group performed the routine safety management of nursing in the interventional operating room, while the observation group performed the incidence of operating room nursing defects. The incidence of operating room nursing defects, quality of operating room nursing management, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of intraoperative stress reactions between two groups were compared. Results The incidence of operating theatre care defects in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in the reference group(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).The score of nursing management quality in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative stress response in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method in the safety management of interventional operating room nursing can effectively control the incidence of nursing defects in the operating room. The quality of operating room nursing management is good, and there is a high effectiveness of management intervention.
