Influence of Multi-Level Nursing Based on Cognition-Behavior on the Effect of Post-Stroke Depression
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral multi-level nursing intervention on post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 110 PSD patients hospitalized in the department of neurology,Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research object. The order of admission of the above patients was labeled and randomly divided into two groups, and the control group(n=55 cases)was given routine nursing intervention. On this basis, the observation group(n=55 cases)was given multi-level nursing intervention based on cognition and behavior. Before intervention and one month after intervention of two groups, themental symptoms, cognitive status, daily living ability and life quality of the patients were evaluated by Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),mini-mental state examination scale(MMSE),barthel index(BI)and general quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74).Results Compared with the observation group before nursing intervention and the control group after nursing intervention, the HAMD(16.01±1.97)points and HAMA(14.37±1.48)points in the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The MMSE(28.74±3.16)points,BI(83.09±7.81)points and life quality oscores in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-level nursing intervention based on cognition and behavior can significantly improve the mental symptoms, cognitive status and daily living abilities of PSD patients, and at the same time, the life quality of the patients has also been significantly improved.
