目的 研发远程会诊质控系统,在区域内实现远程会诊质控、管理、监管、考评、统计和持续改进的信息化。方法2020 年,组建多学科团队,运用智力激励法和专题小组讨论法,基于B/S架构研发远程会诊质控系统,与既有远程会诊信息系统完全嵌合兼容,满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结果 针对远程会诊质控工作要求,系统设计研发了质控管理、质控考评、实时监管、统计分析 4 个子模块,可满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结论 该质控系统创新了远程会诊信息化质量管理模式,在区域内实现了远程会诊全流程的信息化管理,取得了较好的质量管理成效,有效促进区域内远程会诊工作的推进和发展。
Design and Application of Remote Consultation Quality Control System Based on B/S Architecture
Objective To develop a remote consultation quality control system to realize the informatization of remote consultation quality control,management,supervision,evaluation,statistics and continuous improvement in the region.Methods The study seted up a multidisciplinary team in 2020,used the intellectual motivation method and the special group discussion method,developed a remote consultation quality control system based on the B/S architecture,which was fully integrated and compatible with the existing remote consultation information system to meet the functional requirements of the whole process of remote consultation quality management.Results According to the quality control requirements of remote consultation,the system was designed and developed with four sub-modules:quality control management,quality control evaluation,real-time supervision and statistical analysis,which could meet the functional requirements of quality management of the whole process of remote consultation.Conclusion The remote consultation quality control system innovates the quality management mode of remote consultation informatization,realizes the information management of the whole process of remote consultation in the region,achieves good quality management results,and effectively promotes the promotion and development of remote consultation work in the region.
