The Construction of Emergency Management System for Hospital Information System
With the rapid development of information technology,the continuity of hospital business increasingly relies on the stable operation of information systems.In order to improve the hospital's ability to respond to sudden information system failures,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University uses tools to conduct hazard vulnerability analysis,accurately identifying high-risk risk events that the hospital's information system may face,and ranking them according to the severity of the consequences of risk events.Based on the actual situation of the hospital,an emergency management organizational structure has been established,operable and executable emergency plans have been developed,and emergency drills have been implemented.The emergency plans have been continuously improved and perfected,and an effective information system failure emergency management system has been established.This article shares the experience and achievements of hospitals in building emergency management systems for information system failures,which can provide reference and inspiration for emergency management work in other medical institutions.
