Establishment and Application of Critical Value Management System in Hospital Laboratory on Information Platform
Objective To statistically analyze the use of information technology platforms to construct a crisis value management mechanism for hospital laboratory departments and its effectiveness.Methods Using literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,a total of 1 053 critically ill patients admitted to,Lipu People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The critical value items and application scope of medical laboratory departments were clarified.Through the laboratory information system and hospital information system,data related to critical value in medical laboratory departments were collected to achieve information management and control of critical value,Compare and observe the application effect of the critical value management mechanism before and after the implementation of the information platform hospital laboratory.Results After implementation,the timeliness rate of critical value reporting(100%)and the timeliness of critical value processing(86.46%)were significantly higher than before implementation(79.96%,51.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,the success rate of critical and severe rescue was 97.05%(1022/1053),which was statistically significant compared to 90.88%(957/1053)before implementation(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate after implementation was 99.71%,which was higher than 91.46%before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using information platforms to create a critical value management mechanism in the hospital's laboratory and actively carry out critical value management work can help strengthen the success rate of clinical physicians in rescuing critically ill patients.
